This cute little bag
is the perfect size for a toddler.
I made it small and
used large blocks of color.
On the fabric I made appliques
out of red felt
and attached them with a back stitch
in DMC light pink floss
I must confess that it's the first time
I make a lined bag so it took me
a lot of figuring out how-to.
I learned (the hard way) that
the lining should always be
a couple of centimeters smaller
than the outside fabric.
I've attached two twill straps to it.
Little girls tend to overstuff their bags,
he he.
